1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pinasph.net, creating a pinasph account, or using any service offered by pinasph — including but not limited to live casino games, slot games, table games, bingo, rummy, and any promotional features — you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the pinasph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the pinasph platform regardless of how they access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device. pinasph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility & Age Verification

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pinasph, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pinasph or any affiliated platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

pinasph reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money games on pinasph, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) pinasph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your pinasph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. pinasph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pinasph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Never share your pinasph account credentials with any other person.
• Notify pinasph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for additional account security.
• Log out of your pinasph account after each session, particularly on shared devices.

pinasph shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

4 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the pinasph platform — including live dealer games, slot games, table games, bingo, and rummy — are governed by individual game rules that are displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by the applicable game rules.

pinasph is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All random number generators (RNGs) used in pinasph games are independently tested and certified for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers under real-time supervision.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited during gameplay on pinasph:

• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players or with any pinasph employee to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive conduct.

pinasph reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is reasonable evidence of prohibited conduct, and to suspend or terminate the account of any player found to be in violation of these gameplay rules.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on pinasph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pinasph supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to supported banks

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the pinasph cashier at the time of transaction. pinasph reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times that vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within one to three hours during business hours.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to use a payment method belonging to another person will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pinasph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pinasph promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified pinasph accounts only. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• pinasph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the creation of multiple accounts, will be forfeited and the relevant accounts suspended.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the gameplay prohibitions set out in Section 4, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pinasph platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the pinasph platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Attempting to access another player's pinasph account without authorization.
• Transmitting any malicious code, virus, or harmful data to the pinasph platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the pinasph platform or its infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pinasph staff or other players through any communication channel.

pinasph reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pinasph platform — including but not limited to the pinasph brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of pinasph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pinasph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pinasph content without prior written consent.
• Use the pinasph brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any pinasph content or software.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the pinasph platform.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

pinasph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the pinasph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pinasph implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls — to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and pinasph cannot guarantee absolute security.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pinasph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pinasph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the pinasph platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment provider issues.

pinasph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pinasph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The pinasph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pinasph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

pinasph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any pinasph account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Violation of responsible gaming policies, including self-exclusion breaches.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.

Upon account closure for cause, pinasph reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed without cause at pinasph's discretion, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your pinasph account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and verification of your identity.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the pinasph platform, you should first contact the pinasph customer support team, who will endeavor to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. All complaints must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint.

pinasph will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days. Where a complaint requires further investigation, pinasph will keep you informed of the progress.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR or the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. The decision of the relevant regulatory authority shall be final and binding.

14 Amendments to These Terms

pinasph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pinasph will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pinasph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
